Initiated by Kick-Off, our meetings always assume a clear Gathering Requirements, Business, Blueprints and BBP's Validations.
The points 2, 3 and 4 can always be rewrite and we don't give up the definition until those 3 are perfectly set up (Plan Do Check Act Model).
Starting the Development, there are always Follow-Up meetings whenever any part feels necessary.
The meetings are used to continually have the customers feedbacks to insure we are developing according to the requirements.
When the MVP is up, there are made Acceptance Tests to aprove it and if any small change is necessary, the process returns to point 5 to rollout.
The project Go Live and Follow-Up meetings are made to assure the production environment is at the very best.
After the End of Project, we can provide Maintenance and Support.
